Hey there, fellow busy-brainer*

*Definition: a person with a wonderful and unique brain that happens to diverge from society’s “norms”, meaning they have to work harder to complete daily tasks and reach their goals.

One-to one coaching gives you space to learn about your unique brain and discover strategies that will help you overcome the challenges you face living in a largely neurotypical world.

Tailored to your unique needs.

Following our introductory call I’ll build a loose agenda for our time together, based on my coaching experience, but this is never set in stone.

When you turn up for a session we’ll explore where you’re at that week and what would be most beneficial to focus on. You’re in charge!

I will guide and offer suggestions when you’re feeling stuck, but ultimately it’s about us finding what works best for you, so that it’s sustainable.

Space to be unapologetically you!

If you’ve spent your whole life masking in order to fit in with those around you, then it can be hard to know who you really are.

During coaching you’ll be encouraged to drop the mask and spend some time with the person beneath it. Your true self!

I offer a safe space, free of judgement, for you to explore the person you want to be and find strategies to support this.

An opportunity to invest in yourself

Think of all the money you’ve spent over the years on items and experiences designed to feed your dopamine-deprived brain.

How long did they bring you joy for? Once the initial shine wore off were you looking for the next high?

Investing time and money into developing strategies to minimise overwhelm, manage your focus and reach your goals is something you can use again and again!

I recommend booking a free 30 minute call with me, to discuss what you’d like to get from coaching, before you commit your hard-earned money.

Wondering what I can help with?

Here are some areas we might look at in our sessions, depending on your individual needs.

  • Our brains are all so different that it’s impossible to have a one size fits all approach for any personal development. But once you learn what works for your brain and what doesn’t, you can adapt your environment to give you the best chances of happiness and success (however that looks to you!).

  • We’ll look at your natural strengths and how you’re currently using them - are you unaware of them, or are they being overused to the point of burnout? We’ll explore ways they can help you navigate the world around you in a more aligned way.

We’ll also identify your saboteurs and how they might be feeding into the challenges you’re currently facing And we’ll start putting systems in place to help you stay on track and feel more in control in your day-to-day life.

  • Busy brains are bursting with ideas, but typically find it difficult to follow through on these. After all, the fun is rarely found in the details.

I can help you to define a goal that aligns with the way your brain works and then support you to put the best steps in place to succeed.

  • Do you need some help navigating personal changes alongside work?

Maybe you're a new parent, or experiencing changes in your health, or perhaps adapting to new caring responsibilities.

These can be challenging for anyone, but with an already busy brain it can all feel so much more overwhelming.

I can help you discover your own strategies for thriving when it feels like you're sinking in quicksand!

Coaching can be booked in blocks of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. If you’re not sure how many you’ll need, just ask!
